Formerly a health administrator, Lois Pellegrino an Italian who loves to eat, boasts an affinity to “feeding the senses” through a holistic approach with food and physical activity. As chef and cohorts in health promotion, Deberah and Lois met in New York where they partnered in the development of therapeutic, educational and nutrition programs at an award winning Intergenerational Day Care Canter serving 250 children, seniors and their families.
