"We all need to eat," Chef Sutter says in her typical life affirming Zen simplicity, “and by harvesting healthy food from healthy land around us, we’ll all lead healthier lives.” In a career as what she calls “a turn-around specialist,” Deberah prides herself in helping food markets grow. Our farm-to-table students are fed locally grown and farm-fresh foods, taught methods of farming, taught to grow their own foods, and learned food preparation and cooking skills. We are scheduling a variety of cooking classes over the next few months that will go over a range of techniques. The classes will range from beginner level to a seasoned cook level. There are also classes for children in the summer that are done in conjunction with The Wizards Whisk. Please check our calendar page for the upcoming dates.
